The second beta release of Ubuntu 11.04 is now available for download.
Taking the place of the initially planned Release Candidate, this second beta sees bug fixes and stability improvements along with minor UI tweaks from that of the first beta released 2 weeks ago.
Cosmetic changes added since the beta include panel drop-shadow, launcher behaviour changes and improved theme and icon.
Please make sure that you are downloading beta-2 and not beta-1. Many mirrors are still hosting both.
Users are also encouraged to use .torrents where possible in order to get the release faster.
