Kyle Baker, the talented hands behind the Ambiance Opera theme we featured last month, has come up trumps again, releasing a pair of new themes for the new Opera 10.6 alpha release.
Fans of Ubuntu’s new ‘Radiance’ theme will be pleased to hear that’s now catered for too, which as you can see in this screenshot looks suitably radiant in use:
All Ubuntu users rocking the default theme and using Opera to browse the web ought to go download these ‘skins’ (what Opera calls ‘themes’) as they really ramp up the native feel of the browser on the modern Ubuntu desktop.
It’s also worth noting that Kyle has produced some custom speed-dial backgrounds to compliment the themes — not essential, but certainly help “complete the look”.
Top work, Kyle!
Head over to his blog to download the themes, which are compatible with Ubuntu 10.04 LTS and Opera 10.6 (at the time of writing). If you want to install Opera on Ubuntu, check our the post I linked to in the opening – it gives you all the deets!
