Ubuntu 19.04 support ends on January 23, 2020. Canonical recommend that anyone still running the 'Disco Dingo' upgrade to Ubuntu 19.10 'Eoan Ermine'.
Ubuntu 18.10 end of life arrives on July 18. Anyone using this version of Ubuntu beyond the EOL date will not get any further updates from Canonical.
