From “They hate Unity” to “No-one wants to use Ubuntu TV.”
But with the launch of the Ubuntu User survey you can help build up an accurate picture of Ubuntu users – one that’s based on cold, hard stats and not wishful bias.
Survey
The short survey isn’t taxing. It starts off by asking a set of simple demographic-orientated questions such as your gender, age, location, etc, before probing you on how you found out about Ubuntu, what types of devices you use it on, and how you would rate your experience of it.
The greater the number of respondents the more accurate the picture of users and their opinions that will emerge from the results.
Results Available to Everyone
The results of the survey will be published in their entirety after the data has been crunched.
English users can find the survey @ surveymonkey.com/s/UbuntuSurvey2012. It shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes to complete.
Spanish readers are encouraged to take the Spanish version of the survey @ surveymonkey.com/s/EspanolUbuntu2012. Likewise, those speakin Portuguese should take language-specific survey @ surveymonkey.com/s/PortuguesUbuntu2012.
Be sure to spread the links around as the survey is only open for around a week (although i’m told if the response is strong it may run longer).
