I know it’s minor, but I am so pleased to see support for logging out, restarting and shutting down added to the Dash in Ubuntu 11.10.
With the press of the ‘Super/Windows/Ubuntu’ key, the tap of a few letters from ‘logout’ and the press of a down key I can reboot Ubuntu without needing to use my mouse.
Trivial, but bliss.
