GNOME panel applet ‘DockbarX’ has been updated with a brand new look
Elements receiving a visual makeover include window lists and group menus. A close buttons for window items has also been introduced as DockBarX aims to mould itself in the style of Unity, GNOME Shell and Docky.
These changes come atop other recent developments which have seen Zeitgeist support added for OpenOffice documents.

There is a DockBarX PPA available for Ubuntu users, however at the time of writing this has yet to be updated.
