gnome-recipes-logoGNOME developer Matthias Clasen is back to share another slice of news on his GNOME Recipes application — and it’s starting to look really delicious!

Since our last look at the open-source recipe app for Linux, some changes have been cooked up.

Among them is new details page with 2-column layout; an “elaborate ingredients list”; and a new in-place image viewer lets you sift through available photos for a given recipe without redirecting you elsewhere.

If you’re interested in contributing recipes to the app you can do so via the GNOME BugZilla (not exactly user-friendly, I know).

If you want to get a taste of the whole app you can install it using Flatpak. See our earlier post for all the necessary information on how to do that, and see how other Ubuntu users got on when they tried!
