There are themes and then there are really freaking cool themes.
A great example of the latter is this ‘Tron Legacy’ inspired GNOME Shell theme complete with neon-y highlights and translucent-y hints. Sadly it lacks a dedicated theme for the MCP – but you can’t have it all, right? ;)
There’s very little to say about the theme that can’t be deduced from its awesome look, as exampled above.

If hacking your Shell seems a bit too drastic you can still add some Tron-inspired awesomeness to your desktop with half-left’s Tron Legacy Docky theme.
