RedShift Mono Tray Style Icons for Ubuntu

Notice: This post is more than a year old. It may be outdated.

Step forward community designer norms, who has created an ace mono icon replacement for RedShift.

Norbs didn’t just take the original light bulb icon an de-saturate it. Oh no, he created an entirely new, and dare I say awesome, icon: –

It has a bit of ‘eye of Horus’ about it, non? Download is available from GNOME-Look. To install first open Nautilus as root and then paste the redshift.svg in /usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps.

Restart the application for the changes to take effect.
