Twitter client ‘Buzzbird‘ has been updated to version 0.6 today bringing with it a much needed visual refresh, “official” retweet support and some user-interface fixes.

Buzzbird runs from its folder; extract the downloadable archive and double-click on the ‘buzzbird’ file within it.
