With Januty now just days away for release, Steven J. Vaughan-Nichols over at computerworld.com listed his favourite five things about our favourite mammalian-monikered distro.

Citing “Good solid features and better performance” he praises Gnome 2.26 as providing an awesomely integrated desktop experience, highlights the advances in X.Org server as providing ‘peppier video performance’ and sees great improvement in Ubuntu’s sound system ‘Pulseaudio’.
