Twitter application Pino pushed out another release today, adding improved indicator applet support and support for custom tray icons.

As always you can install/update Pino by adding the following PPA’s: –

  • sudo add-apt-repository ppa:vala-team/ppa
  • sudo add-apt-repository ppa:troorl/pino
  • sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install pino

    • Alternatively you can download the source

    pino[5]

    Build it using: –

    • ./waf configure –prefix=/usr
    • ./waf build
    • sudo ./waf install

    Uninstall using: –

    • sudo ./waf uninstall
