Ubuntu community leader Jono Bacon has just announced the location of the next Developer Summit. The location? Brussels, Belgium.

The Ubuntu Developer Summit – or UDS as it’s more commonly referred to – is one of the most important events occurring during the Ubuntu development cycle. Taking place a few weeks after the latest release, the week-long programme debates, decides and discusses every little detail of the next major release – from boot times goals and the default application set to login sounds and the over all look and feel of Ubuntu – it’s all covered!
So, the hip nation of Belgium will see an influx of overly-enthusiastic, ubuntu-lanyard wearing and generally awesome people post in May/June. Are they prepared?
