icoGEN can generate whole new iconsets based on SVG files. You can change colors of icon, see preview of the result, and finally apply generated theme.

Re-colouring is a snap, making use of a handy colour wheel allowing you to pick the exact hue, shade and colour that you want.

icoGen is a java application so to run it you will need Java installed.
Running
To run icoGen simply extract the downloaded .zip file, right click on the ‘start.sh’ file and grant it executable privileges. Now double click on it and choose ‘run’ from the prompt window.
