A new version of flash-free desktop YouTube app ‘Minitube’ has been released.
The bulk of the changes concern Mac OS X Lion users (as the app is cross-platform) but there are few goodies that Ubuntu users can benefit from too.
These include: –
- Support for finding “other parts” of videos delivered in segments
- Social sharing to Twitter, Facebook and e-mail
- Fixed bug with very short videos not playing
- Fixed a (rather paranoid) security issue with temporary files and made sure temp files are always deleted
