Users on Ubuntu 10.04 who have Unity installed abut have since found Nautilus and other apps are a bit slow to open may be grateful for this: Omer Akram has uploaded a new version of the AppMenu that aims to fix this:-

  • sudo add-apt-repository ppa:om26er/test
  • sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
It should go without saying that if you don’t have Unity installed in Lucid you don’t need to install this ;)
