Just in, and an update to the Ubuntu 11.04 Alpha has brought with it the first iteration of what will soon blossom into Unity’s long-awaited Dash revamp.

On the surface this Dash looks notably different from that Maverick has. No filter panes, no search bar, different labels.

image But with Natty still over 3 months away from being released, what we see pictured above is likely a far cry from what will end up on our desktops.
