Earlier this year our friends over at Ubuntu Gamer posted news that MMORPG space combat game ‘Vendetta Online‘ will be coming to the Software Center.
Well the wait is over, it is now available to install via the Ubuntu software Centre.
The game, which is free to install through the Software Centre, uses a subscription-based model for funding. As such users are permitted a free 8-hour in-game trial (requires signing up via the vendetta online website) before needing to purchase a subscription.
The game sees users to take on the role of spaceship pilots who are able to fly around the in-game universe battling, trading and interacting with potentially thousands of other players online at the same time.
