To use as your homepage

Extract the archive downloaded above and move to a ‘safe’ location (i.e. one where it won’t be deleted!) Inside the resulting folder select the ‘homepage.html’ file and open it inside your browser. This can now be set as the homepage via the preferences or options menu.
