Quick heads up to something I forgot to mention before – the very slick Faenza icon set now has a PPA, making it easy to stay up-to-date with the latest additions to the square-y icon set.
- sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tiheum/equinox
- sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install faenza-icon-theme
Since we last featured the icon set a number of new and improved icons have landed, including application icons for audacity, audacious, deluge, dropbox, eclipse, f-spot, google chrome, google earth, gmail, gtk-recordmydesktop, guayadeque, leafpad, midori, minitube, minitunes, pidgin, shotwell, skype, spotify, shutter, ubuntu-tweak, ubuntuone, wine, zeitgeist…. you get the idea ;)
