A few notable updates landed in the latest update of Ubuntu 10.10 Alpha today.
Meerkat’s new Sound Menu – seemingly more divisive than Jedward – received some attention.
The seeker/scrubber now works (pretty much) as it should and place-holders for the planned playlist support have also appeared.
A few minor updates to the Ubuntu Messaging Menu sees a nice rounded message counter shapes.
Users testing the netbook-bound Network Indicator will also notice a handful of updates including new additions to the both the settings window, mobile wizard and passphrase dialogue.
