Redshift – the natural-screen colour application that promises to help alleviate eye strain and help sleep patterns – has added some new features in its latest update.
Among the new features and fixes:
- Automatically obtains location form the GNOME clock applet
- Application indicator
- A new reset option (-x) removes all changes made
- New translations
- Configure options GUI changed
Installation
As always Redshift can be installed by adding the official PPA to your Software Sources in Ubuntu.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:jonls/redshift-ppa
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install redshift
