Indomitable screenshot tool Shutter sees the releases of a new version today that sees it add a slew of welcome new features including: –
- Ability to “redo” screenshot
- New speech bubble shapes in the editor
- PDF + SVG Export
- Notification support
- New ‘pixelize’ drawing tool
- Shapes can now be moved using the keyboard
- Better text editing support
Install Shutter in Ubuntu
To install the new version in Ubuntu simply add the Shutter PPA and run and update/install shutter.
- sudo add-apt-repository ppa:shutter/ppa
- sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install shutter
