In news that most of you won’t give two sugar lumps about, the packages.ubuntu.com website has been updated to match the “new” Ubuntu branding.

Where “new” means “introduced in 2010”.

The Packages sub-site was one of the last remaining hold-outs using Ubuntu’s old colour scheme and logo.

But earlier today it was finally updated with a refreshed look based on the Ubuntu brand guidelines, thanks to work carried out by Marco Biscaro.

The Ubuntu brand guidelines help enforce a consistency across all of Ubuntu and Canonical’s main and “sub-sites”.
