The small script we’re highlighting today will show you the number of days remaining until the next Ubuntu release, using Ubuntu’s notification system.

Extract the archive and double-click on the ‘Oneiric’ script inside the folder to install it.
When you need to see the remaining days until the Ocelot’s arrival enter ‘oneiric’ in a Terminal and hit enter.
