GNOME Activity Journal – the easy way to view your Zeitgeist life – has been receiving some due love and attention from a so-called ‘mystery’ hacker*.

The hacker, called Cando, has himself blogged about the latest features he’s added to the Journal, which include Drag and Drop support, entry pinning and audio preview.

Better still he knocked together a video of the aforementioned features in lovely fluid motion.

Cando asks on his blog: “Be honest: you can’t wait for the new release, can you?”. To go all fan-girl for a second I have to reply with an emphatic no.

These features will likely feature in the next release of GNOME Activity Journal. For the impatient they are already available in the development branch here.
