IBM’s ‘Lotus Symphony’ Office Suite. Popular with many but lacking official 64bit .deb installers.
When we covered the release of Lotus Symphony 3 in October an awesome reader by the name of Dylan packaged up a 64bit .deb especially for readers. Now he’s back with IBM Lotus Symphony’s language pack bundled up in a 64bit-friendly .deb installer. Perfect if you’ve been missing other language support for Symphony.
When will official 64bit .deb installers be available? Dylan got a response from IBM who stated that a native 64bit version of Lotus Symphony will be out for the next release. Given the relatively slow release schedule for the suite could mean a good few months yet.
