Clementine is fast evolving into a fully fledged Mandarin with its latest 0.5 release which sees the Amarok 1.4 inspired player add many new features and introduce many welcome bugfixes, including
- Device support — iPods, MTP and USB mass storage including ‘On the fly’ transcoding of tracks if not supported by your media device
- Queue manager
- Organise Files dialog
- Ability to use Wiimotes for playback control
- Loading embedded id3v2 cover art
- Playlist columns now stretch to fit the window size
- Support for embedded cover art
- Lower CPU usage during playback
- Faster start-up time
- No longer crashes when closing the visualisation window with the ESC key
- Disk I/O moved to the background

Clementine can be downloaded via the official site @ clementine-player.org or, if you’re a PPA-kinda person, a shiny new PPA for Lucid and Maverick users is ready to use.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:me-davidsansome/clementine
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install clementine
