logoLast week saw the 18th annual ‘Anima Mundi’ festival take place in Rio de Janeiro, South America.

In amongst some of the worlds most talented animators, artists and filmmakers residing something a little bit familiar… 

“They allow children to create their own films using various techniques during the festival.” An OMG! reader in attendance who stopped by the OMG! inbox shared, “And what is interesting …is that they use a free software called Muan and Ubuntu to create the videos.

Muan, which was previously run on Fedora at the Anima Mundi, was developed specifically for the festival with the sponsorship of IBM.
