A few notable updates landed in Ubuntu 10.10 Alpha today.
Sound Menu
Meerkat’s new Sound Applet – seemingly more divisive than Jedward - received some updates this morning.
The seeker/scrubber now works (pretty much) as it should and place-holders for the planned playlist support have also appeared.
Messaging Menu
A few minor updates to the messaging menu have brought a nice rounded messaging counter background.
Indicator Network
Users testing the netbook-bound Network Indicator will also notice a handful of updates including new additions to the both the settings window. mobile wizard and passphrase dialogue.
