5 grass wallpapers (No, really!)

I love grass wallpapers. I've no firm reason as to why I do, but I do. Maybe there's something relaxing about looking at fresh green grass.

And before anyone mentions it: Apple did not invent grass, so repeat after me: €œIt's okay to like grassy wallpaper.€

Ahh, the reason why I first came to this site. Ubuntu 9.10′s grass wallpaper was particularly nice :-)
I think the most popular grass wallpaper will always be that of Windows XP, just due to how prevalent it is.

hey.. I once uploaded some nature wallpapers to gnome-look, they are all unedited and quite big, so maybe anyone here has got some fancy gimp or photoshop (:-P) skills to make them look better, there’s not only grass, but also dirt (well soil) and stone and stuff…

These are 16:10 not 16:9
16:9 = HDTV resolutions
16:10 = Standard widescreen monitor resolutions.

I didn’t make them so perhaps you want to mention that to the respective authors ;) They look and display awesomely on my widescreen monitor, though.
