We’re hearing that Kubuntu 10.10 will see Rekonq installed as the default browser.

Rekonq may not have a plugin library but it does have AdBlock support baked in the application itself. It also boast a really impressive semi-tabbed ‘start page’ speed-dial with four separate views (Favourites, Closed tabs. Bookmarks and History)
It’s light, fast and compatible with most websites due its webkit base.
