The one Chrome extension I’d murder for would be a small, simple addition that most people have never thought to use: focus on last selected tab (FLST Firefox extension). When closing a tab, the browser’s focus goes back to the last selected tab. It’s smart, it’s logical, and I can’t really enjoy Chrome without it. It’s one of those extensions that is difficult to live without once you’ve tried it. Chrome stupidly puts the focus AAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLL the way to the right, if you didn’t open that tab via another tab.

When you typically have 50+ tabs open in a typical session, it becomes a big deal.

I’m wary of installing these as last time I was unable to find an uninstaller. Am I just dense?

Same here, it was a pain to uninstall an extension last time I tried. Anyone got any easy viable solution for uninstalling them?

The latest update to Chrome gives you a menu entry for extensions so enabling/disabling/uninstalling is just a click away.
