It’s been several months in the making but today finally see’s the official release of Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala!

If you’re intending to upgrade from Jaunty to Karmic via Update Manager be prepared for a slower-than-usual upgrade as server speeds are likely to be impacted upon greatly as people the world over clamour to get the latest and greatest Ubuntu release so far.
