Want to get rid of the ‘60 Seconds Until Shutdown/Reboot/Logout’ countdown?
Blog reader knorre handily posted the how-to in a comment, which I’m re-posting here so it’s not overlooked!
Simply open a terminal and: -
- gconftool-2 -s ‘/apps/indicator-session/suppress_logout_restart_shutdown’ –type bool true
No countdown!
